Position Summary
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the Supply Chain and Logistics team by transforming data into actionable insights. Your primary focus will be the analysis of supply chain data using Microsoft Excel and SAP Business One (SAP B1), while actively contributing to the automation and optimization of reporting processes.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global supply chain environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Develop, maintain and optimize reports, dashboards and KPI tracking tools using Microsoft Excel and SAP Business One
- Support the automation and digitalization of reporting and analytical processes
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy and reporting governance across supply chain operations
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Finance teams to support business requirements and decision-making
- Support planning, inventory management and logistics activities through data analysis
- Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for management and operational discussions
Requirements & Experience
- Completed commercial vocational education (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a degree in a related field. Both vocationally trained and university-educated candidates are welcome to apply.
- Initial professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Reporting, Business Analytics or a comparable analytical environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP Business One is highly desirable.
- Very good English skills required; German is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Proactive, reliable and eager to contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Team player with strong communication skills and the motivation to grow within an international organization.
